A transparent process from equipment identification through documented offer, pickup, and payment terms.

Send the nameplate

Add specifications, current photos, quantity, location, and condition.

02

We review the market

A buyer evaluates remarketing demand, condition, and practical logistics.

03

Review the offer

If the equipment fits, we outline price, verification, and transaction terms.

04

Coordinate pickup

Accepted deals move to documented freight, loading, and payment steps.

1. Identify the actual equipment

Submit the transformer type if known, manufacturer, serial number, kVA or MVA, voltage, phase, year, condition, and pickup location. Current photos reduce ambiguity.

2. Complete the first market and logistics review

A buyer considers likely reuse or material markets, configuration, current demand, condition, completeness, transportation, loading, and timing. Additional photos, test information, fluid documentation, or a site review may be requested.

3. Put material terms in writing

If the equipment fits, transaction terms should identify the units, value, verification conditions, loading responsibilities, freight arrangements, timeline, and payment method. Do not rely on assumptions about who handles removal or shipping.

4. Coordinate safe pickup

Equipment remains the seller’s responsibility until the agreed transfer point. Never open energized equipment or alter an oil-filled transformer for a quote. Qualified parties should manage disconnection, rigging, loading, and transport.

Condition disclosure protects the transaction

Share known electrical failures, leaks, damage, missing parts, long-term outdoor storage, prior repairs, and available test results before final terms.
